Newschool 2022

I work primarily in pen and ink for illustration as well as oil/acrylic for painting.  My work has adapted a black and white or muted aesthetic as I find it relaxes me. The process of creating work with Black ink on white paper, removes the chaos of the world and places intention each line while invoking a contrasting state of overstimulation and peace. I am an intuitive worker for the most part and often begin in one corner of a page and extend outward over a period of may days.
